All Eleora products are made fresh, packed with care, and shipped nationwide.
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time:
1–2 working days (orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Delivery Time:
2–4 working days within South Africa (depending on location)

Tracking:
You'll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping on orders over R750.

Delivery Areas:
We currently ship across South Africa and will soon expand to neighbouring countries.

Delivery Issues:
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there's an issue with delivery, please contact us at info@eleorabeauty.co.za with your order number and tracking details.
